This document was developed by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Carbon Dioxide Removal Task Force (CDR Task Force), a cross-NOAA interdisciplinary team with relevant expertise in climate and carbon, coastal and open ocean science, aquaculture development, and ocean conservation.
